FOUNDER AND CEO Mr. Diego Limchaypo Ferrer, a visionary leader committed to creating a better future for his fellow Filipinos. He was born in Leyte and converted to Islam in 2004. His personal experience, along with the difficulties of his own childhood, inspires him to encourage OFWs for the betterment of themselves.

His educational history includes a degree in associate computer technology from NCST Dasmariñas, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration from PCU and master's degree in business administration at the same university.

His leadership is evident in his more than 25 years of varied experience, which includes his current position as a senior administrator at ThyssenKrupp Saudi Arabia Ltd and skilled professions under Unilever and Procter and Gamble. His accomplishments as the founder of Cfai, co-founder and president of Filcomtech, and Director General for Internal Affairs in the OFW Congress attest to his dedication to advocacy and the community.

Mr. Ferrer’s influence transcends national boundaries; he is listed in books honoring Filipino tenacity overseas and is acknowledged as one of the 100 significant Filipinos in the Gulf. His altruism is the driving force behind programs like the Cfai Talent which is bound to showcase the beauty and talent of OFW’s here in the kingdom.
